This page is designed to help guide you through managing your account and making the most of our platform’s features. Adding Insurance Documents: Visit /my-account/documents/

Store your insurance documentation easily and Securely at Teleta.

  1. Visit My Documents within your My account section
  2. Click “add Document” or “add Photographic ID”
  3. Enter your document Details:
    1. Policy Number: Enter Your Insurance Policy Number
    2. Provider: Enter your Insurance Providers Name
    3. Expiry: Enter your Insurance expiry date
      We will use this date to send you alerts when your expiry date is approaching
  4. Services Covered by Insurance Policy
    1. Click ‘Click here to view all services or suggest a new service’ for a list of insurance services
    2. If you do not see an Insurance Service you require, you can suggest a service here by typing in and clicking the button to “Add As A Suggestion”
      New services will be reviewed by our Team who will contact you directly regarding your suggestion
  5. Document File
    1. Choose your Document to upload up to a maximum of 50mg
  6. Filename Override
    1. (Optional) Enter a friendly name of your file should you require eg Toxins and Fat Dissolver Insurance
    2. Click “Add Document”

All documents undergo a Manual Review/Approval process. Should there be any issues or further information required, a member of our team will contact you directly otherwise, you will receive an approval Communication upon successful review.


 

Uploading Photographic ID: Visit /my-account/documents/

Upload your Photographic ID (Drivers License, Passport) securely.

  1. Click Add Photographic ID
  2. Enter ID Expiry Date
    We will use this date to send you alerts when your expiry date is approaching
  3. Select Choose File for upload
    maximum file size is 50mg
  4. Optionally Enter friendly name for file eg. Drivers License
  5. Click ‘Add Photographic ID”

All documents undergo a Manual Review/Approval process. Should there be any issues or further information required, a member of our team will contact you directly otherwise, you will receive an approval communication upon successful review.


 

Adding or Updating Prescriber Information: Visit my-account/my-prescribers/

Should you require to purchase a Prescription Only Medicine, a Teleta reviewed and approved Prescriber must be provided prior to the release of your purchased products.  Within My Account, visit My Prescribers. where you can see/manage your registered Prescribers.

To add a Prescriber:

  1. Enter your Prescribers Email
    1. If they do not already exist within our system, then you can invite them directly from your account
    2. If they do not exist already within Teleta, your Prescriber will receive an email invite including a link to register
  2. Click Submit

Once reviewed and approved, your purchase/s will be dispatched.

When making a new purchase that requires a Prescriber, your Prescriber/s name will appear as a drop down selection.


 

Managing Addresses: Visit my-account/edit-address/

You can enter your Billing and Delivery Addresses to allow those details to be prefilled in your orders.

  1. Visit my-account/edit-address/
  2. Click “Edit Billing” or “Edit Shipping” Address
  3. Enter Your Details
  4. Click “Save Address”
