Add a Prescriber to Your Account

Avoid mistakes and save time! By adding your prescriber or prescribers, you can select their details rather than typing them in when assigning to you Prescription.

  1. Log in to your account
  2. In ‘My Account’ you can
    1. View Your Orders
    2. View Your Rejected Prescriptions
    3. View Your Prescribers
    4. View Your Addresses
    5. View Your Account Details
    6. View Your Payment Methods
    7. Logout
  3. Click ‘My Prescribers’
  4. Add in your Prescriber email address and click submit
    1. If your prescriber already exists on Teleta.co.uk they will be added to your list
    2. If they do not you will be prompted to send them a message from teleta.co.uk to register
  5. And that is it!

When you go to checkout now, instead of a text box to fill in your Prescriber, you will have a drop down to select their email address.

Top Tip – If you are not logged in, we can’t know it is you so will not be able to provide your list of Prescribers so… log in 🙂
