Collagen is a natural protein that makes up almost 80% of all skin, muscle and connective tissue. It is believed that from the age of 25, your body’s natural collagen levels deplete by 1.5% per year. This can result in a difference in skin elasticity and texture.

Benefits of Hydrolysed Marine Collagen

Hydrolysed collagen allows for the collagen molecules to be absorbed when ingested and reach the dermis, where the collagen lives in our bodies. Typically, collagen molecules are too large to be absorbed. However, or hydrolysed marine collagen, provides a premium source of Type I and Type III collagen, derived from sustainably sourced fish. With a protein content of ≥90% and a low molecular weight, it is optimised for bioavailability and quick absorption. Each serving (1 level scoop) will provide 10g of Collagen.

Directions

• Adults add 1 level scoop of powder to 250ml of water or juice. Collagen dissolves more effectively when shaken rather than stirred. It can be used in a cold or warm drink though it will dissolve better in tepid conditions. Do not exceed recommended daily dose.
