Wegovy® 7.2mg is a once-weekly prescription treatment designed to support long-term weight management in eligible adults living with obesity, alongside a reduced-calorie diet and increased physical activity.
Containing semaglutide, Wegovy works by mimicking GLP-1 — a naturally occurring hormone involved in appetite regulation. By helping you feel fuller for longer and reducing hunger signals, it can support healthier eating habits and sustained weight management as part of a clinically guided treatment plan.
The Wegovy® 7.2mg pen is a pre-filled, single-dose injection designed for convenient once-weekly administration. This higher maintenance dose may be prescribed for adults with obesity who require additional support after completing at least four weeks on the 2.4mg maintenance dose, following assessment by a healthcare professional.

Who is Wegovy® 7.2mg for?

- Obesity (BMI of 30 kg/m² or above), or
- Overweight with weight-related health conditions, where clinically appropriate
