To maintain the quality, safety, and integrity of the products we deliver to our customers, we have implemented an ‘Extreme weather’ delay to orders scheduled for delivery over the weekend (e.g. those orders due to be delivered today Monday 11th of July).
Medicines and medical devices often have storage conditions such as upper temperature limits attached to them and due to the extreme weather expected over the weekend our internal risk assessments highlighted that compliance to these are at risk.
This weekend’s hot weather, lasting over consecutive days, has necessitated delaying the shipment of these orders to Monday 11th of July for delivery on Tuesday 12th of July.
