With exceptionally high temperatures forecast across the UK over the coming days, we are taking temporary steps to help protect temperature-sensitive products during transit.
Many of the pharmaceutical and aesthetic products we supply have recommended storage conditions that can be challenging to maintain during periods of prolonged heat. To help safeguard product quality and integrity, we are temporarily removing our Standard Next Day delivery option and shipping orders using our Pre-12 service instead.

By delivering earlier in the day, we can reduce the amount of time parcels spend within delivery networks during the warmest periods and help minimise temperature exposure.
We appreciate this may result in a small increase in delivery cost for some customers. However, patient safety, product quality and responsible distribution remain our priority. To help minimise the impact, we have reduced the cost of our Pre-12 service throughout this period.
This is a temporary measure and our Standard Next Day delivery option will return as soon as temperatures return to normal levels.
