Dermaheal LL is a combination of fat dissolving and skin tightening product for the thighs, hips, abdomen and double chin area.
It holds active ingredients such as:
- Hydrogenated Lecithin (Phosphatidylcholin)
- Carnitine
- Decapeptide-4 (CG-IDP2)
